Most recruiters stress a leadership type role looks better.
Head of a committee, or vice chair, etc as opposed to something that's not really leadership orientated.
And naturally, safety/CRM looks good if you can get in.
How about Union participation? Is that viewed as a good or bad thing by the hiring departments?
