Which is basically that pilots like to complain about everything, even when things are going relatively well. And I would recommend coming to Spirit's than staying at a regional. What's "pathetic" is not acknowledging the hard work your employees put into this place/product! This group which includes, gate agents, pilots, flight attendants, put up with, put far more into (due to lack of support), TRY TO MAKE this product better more than most other places I've work, all with LESS support.
Yes, many came when the industry was down, we knew what the pay was. Now, the industry is up, profits larger than they've ever been. As the profits are cyclical, so are the wages. It's how it works.
So YES, they/we are worth it! Every penny!!
WE WILL SETTLE FOR NOTHING LESS.
Cheers.
