You will only get paid per diem during OE. Training pay is $2,000 a month to be paid until 4 months of DOH or the completion of OE. After they take out taxes and benefits, expect take home to be about $1,700/month the first 4 months.
Ok now I see why previous posters were saying "don't leave a left-seat at your regional for this."
