I would agree with most of this. I haven't seen any new hires put into the 175 yet and I dont see that happening for a while. Displaced pilots are scheduled for training on it for the next couple months on the 175. After that who knows.

I'm not sure why you think a Mesa pilot can build time faster than an Envoy pilot. The flight blocks are given monthly and change happens often and quickly. We had some months where the entire month OT was paid 200 percent.

I can say I and my family are enjoying not getting called out for trips all the time, but no one expects it to last much longer.
