Well Sky King, you are not trained and if you understand what 7.1 says in joint conjunction . Meaning they have to approve and be aware of what you file ,meaning a 3 way call. But the FAA said that no 121 scheduled airline can ask their pilots to file a flight plan because you have not been trained on how to file a part 121 flight plan. This ain't your daddies 172.
I'd love to see where the FAA says that I can't read the dispatchers prepared flight plan to FSS.... (Helping the company is a separate issue- maybe last leg home...)
