Here is the problem. DELTA hired highly intelligent folks with high self worth. Spirit in the past has hired self-deficating, low self-esteem, multiple DWI,DUI, multiple convictions (from wife beating to child molester).
See the difference?
Time to wipe out the N/C & the MEC and replace them with guys hired the past 5 years who actually have a college degree and a clue.
You can call me an Ahole but I've talked to CAs who still believe the legacies have 20 year upgrades and aren't really hiring. I've also talked to a few who don't want to "BK" the company. It's really mind blowing
