Time to wipe out the N/C & the MEC and replace them with guys hired the past 5 years who actually have a college degree and a clue.
You can call me an Ahole but I've talked to CAs who still believe the legacies have 20 year upgrades and aren't really hiring. I've also talked to a few who don't want to "BK" the company. It's really mind blowing
One of three in the NC is sub 5 years and so are 2 of 3 MEC officers. It's not about a magic seniority number we need to get the smartest, most capable and most motivated people to step up for union positions.
