If you want to see what understaffed looks like research how things were at PSA in Feb 2014, vacations and recurrent classes canceled and a couple 200s parked for a few months. As to the rumor of 200 going to AWAC I hope they send them all so our pay and goes up even more.
I hear ya. I like the 200 but I'd like the bump in pay better. I was here late in 2014 so I saw the tail end of the shortage. I think we are in store for a repeat of that staffing come April.
