All depends on the person I guess. I've done four long training events here, and all were at the Staybridge or Residence. Our new hire class hung out waaaay too much, (in a good way). So did the three transition/upgrade groups after. It was still really nice all four times to decompress off campus and have my own kitchen. The lodge food would get really old after a week imo. If you're hoping to chase newhire FAs it's probably the place to be. Just enjoy the cameras pointed at you at the bar, fire pit, etc.
