Its a moving target. Based on many many factors. But right now.. I would say 8 years. Guys recently who have upgraded at 10 years on property could have upgraded before but didnt.

- is pilot group mostly young (under 45) or is it mostly consists of older folks (over 50) ?

- is there any talks of new aircraft orders?
