It's the same as any other bonus payed out at companies. It's WITHELD at 25%, but you only pay taxes on whatever bracket your income ends up falling into, so you will end up with a refund at tax season of the difference.

This is the same at Endeavor as it is at Goldman Sachs, or any other place bonuses are payed out.
