Not sure, I just found it extremely odd. He is an A320 captain out of DCA now, wonder if he has changed his ways.
I was on RES, flew with him 4 days in a row, shuttle one days. Found out more than 50% of FOs had him on their no fly list.

Flew with a CAPT out of CLT who was a known quantity. Thought I could handle his behaviour with my superior CRM skills but failed. Finally snapped and had it out with him after landing. He immediately marched into the Chief Pilot's office and complained about me so the Chief called me to get my side of the story. Bottom line- I was removed with pay and told I never had to fly with him again. Don't put up with arrogant/reckless/unpleasant behaviour if it affects flight safety, let pro standards and your Chief's know. And yes, we need a DO Not Fly List.
