Failed line checks are reportable. You will have a "U" if you actually failed it. It could just be a small thing your company handled in house. If that is the case, then I would answer "No" to all of those questions.
Pretty sure it ended up going down as a "U" as I remember getting the e-mail with line-check unsat, afterwards. So I know it will pop up on PRIA. I will double check, though. Assuming that being the case, though, just not sure if I should select yes 3 times, or just yes the one time for the line-check question, as being pulled off line was collateral damage from that event, and not a separate event.
