You knew the pay rates, you knew when the contract was amendable, you knew the upgrade times, and you knew about the business model and everything that goes with it. Yeah, there's a lot that needs fixing, that's pretty obvious. But what exactly has changed around here in the past couple of years to make this place more of a ****hole? If anything, there's a lot that's gotten better.

Yes our pay rates suck, but holy **** do we have a lot of type-A crybabies on here. It's been a whopping 6.5 months since our amendable date and you're acting like it's been 10 years. It's called contract negotiations. It takes years. Ask SWA pilots how their contract talks are coming along.
