EF,
I have been on reserve for a long time here at LAA. Narrow body domestic FO and now Widebody international FO. I have only put one maybe two ass wipes on my list had it out with both of them after the trip. One had the arrogance to say that because I was on reserve we would have to fly together again, even though he made my list. The schedulers knew who the idiots were, both CA and FO. Whenever I got a trip on reserve, and had not looked up who the CA was, I would always ask who I was flying with. There were a few times where I said no way ain't gonna happen! I was given another trip, because this guys rep was known in scheds.
The chief pilots keep track of idiots like this too. They have files on these guys and have the do not pair lists printed out each month to see if there have been any changes. We can use professional standards as a starting point and that generally works pretty well.
This is a great job, but unfortunately some guys make it a pain in the ***!
