Well, looking Back through his history he is either a junior CA here, or a senior F/O. It's scary that he's trying to manage expectations considering he's making less than a Legacy F/O as a Captain here.

Poor guy just wanted to go to AA and got stuck here. I feel for ya buddy. We all deserve better.

As for negotiations. Next week should be very telling. Management and our Union has said that they plan on continuing where they "left off". So if the Company stabs us in the back (again) and does not officially sign off on the previously negotiated "AIP" and wants to start from the very beginning, that should be a real EYE OPENER for anyone who had any faith left in these dirtbags
