I realize there are ass wipes in all seats! This was about the guys in the left seat. I talk with captains all the time about other crew members, as I am sure other folks do too, and compare notes. CA's ask me if I had flown with so and so, the ones with the reputations are known in all seats. The office knows too. The CA has a recourse to flying with one of these troubled souls, that is to have that person removed. An FO has a few too. Call in sick or call the chief. So why should an FO have to use sick time so as not to fly with someone on their do not pair list? It can be challenging to fly a three, four or five day trip a person sitting less than three feet away from you, that just is not fun to be with!
