Nothing against you personally and I hope you are successful, but I find it genuinely frustrating that people are getting second chances before so many qualified applicants can't even get a call. I have many, many friends that are totally qualified, have exquisite apps, attend the job fairs, network like crazy, etc and can't get the time of day, but people that couldn't cut it the first time are getting another chance.
