Hey! I am very conscientious, rarely complain (except on APC) and am definitely not a troublemaker. I don't think my recommendation will hurt, as almost everyone I have recommended (hadn't flown with most) has gotten a call. However, that was many years ago, and I know they don't put much stock in recommendations any more. My other friends got calls very quickly. Maybe there is something in his profile that isn't what they're looking for, but I believe he is well qualified and the company would be lucky to have him.
