Some guys just like to believe ALPA is out to get them even though WE are ALPA. It is spelled out on the company Profit Sharing page FAQs.

If the Profit Sharing Plan award is paid out, when will eligible employees receive their payments?
If we pay profit sharing, eligible employees will receive their payments on their regular paycheck in the last pay cycle in February 2016. Due to tax or other liability, these dates may differ for some international locations; please check with your HR representative to determine the exact payout date in your country.

And the table on the same page show pilots date is 1 March.

But hey so much easier to say ALPA did it!
