Anyhow, Delta sent me a "fix it" email last weekend and I immediately fixed the glitch. Since then, I've heard crickets.
My question is: if they send you a fix it email for something like that, is it likely you'll get any follow up contact or are you usually written off?
I'm up to 3 yrs after the fix it email. My app has been soaking since 2008. Welcome to the wait club. I have learned in the last year or so not to have anyone send the special email to delta unless your app is 100%!! If they grade it and something is not right, you either get a fix it email or you just won't make the points and then you just bought yourself another year minimum before it gets scored again. Make it count.
