For Delta's employees, individuals will receive the equivalent of 21% of their annual compensation.
This is why we need profit sharing, and we need to change it to "REAL" profit sharing by getting a share of the AAWH profit.
Our current "profit sharing" of Atlas profit is a bogus sham. The company can easily manipulate it to fit their needs. They can't manipulate AAWH profit sharing (except to buy back stock...and we could prevent this problem by using some of our profit to buy shares).
