How did we go from the Union & Company saying (documented in podcasts etc) that we were/are very close to a deal to the prospect of this taking years?
If the company and the Union agree that everything they have worked on previously is a "Go" and transition and pay rates are the "large gaps" that remain, how many years can you just stare at each other during negotiations passing numbers back & forth.
