Our current "profit sharing" of Atlas profit is a bogus sham. The company can easily manipulate it to fit their needs. They can't manipulate AAWH profit sharing (except to buy back stock...and we could prevent this problem by using some of our profit to buy shares).
I disagree...No profit sharing...pay me upfront in real money, work rules, and retirement.
I want no part of anything that can be manipulated by some MBA in our HDQ -- isn't that how our current plan is written? Agree that is how it was negotiated in the CBA, but still...
