I'm with you on this. Problem 1, we have a hostile mgmt that has zero incentive to get this done. Currently we are a known, low cost. Keeping it that way is good for the shareholders.
Problem 2, time is on their side. Chances are, our negotiating position will deteriorate over time.
Problem 3, we have zero leverage. Release, which I highly doubt, is years away. Over time, we lose money and they gain. Full retro pay? When was the last time that happened? Northwest, I believe.
