I have learned in the last year or so not to have anyone send the special email to delta unless your app is 100%!! If they grade it and something is not right, you either get a fix it email or you just won't make the points and then you just bought yourself another year minimum before it gets scored again. Make it count.
That's supposed to be the rule, but I had a buddy send one in last May and another buddy send one in this past November and then received an interview invite earlier this month.
