From the rumor mill:

The TA represents a combined lot of what was in BA #2 and the final concessions.

BA #1 - Valued at $265M
BA #2 - Valued at $215M
Final TA - Valued at $358M which means NWA pilots have conceded another $143M on top on BA #2.
