How do you get in to this conference? I've read that you have to have an invite and that you just get invited from having military in your profile. But if the app window is not open, what profile has military in it? My regular user profile only has hours, no mention of military? Thoughts?
There are two criteria to go to ViB from my experience. You have to have had your app in during the preceding window, and you have to have served. I got an invite after the Aug window for the Nov VIB.
