I can agree about not picking up open time and not accepting jm's. But please explain to me how dropping to 75, or even to 65 as someone else had mentioned, is going to get critical pay back. If I hold a 80 hour line and sap to 65, that is $1200+ less a month in my paycheck. Why would I ever consider losing money?

Do you really think that cancelling flights is going to force them to pay up? All that is going to do is mean more flying for someone else. Just like the flying we picked up for RAH, someone else will get the routes we cannot cover.
