I'm going to say this the best way I can on an internet board. I politely request you read the contract. You have a lot of questions that are easy to find in the contract.

Please don't ever stop asking questions, however try to look them up first. While you are looking for your answer you may learn something new.

I know the contract is complicated and convoluted but once you start using it and reading it you will start to understand how to find things.
