I agree. Some of our captains also think that putting in an app to another carrier means that they will call you next week, begging for your interest. Fix what you can here, if you leave in the future, so be it.

IV, I also try to get everyone up to speed with what is happening at the committee level. There is a lot of misinformation. We will get there eventually, despite company rhetoric.
