No contradictions there. Stating that as bleak as some posters make it out there is still a semblance of leverage and a good chance of something better than what the doom and gloomers suggest, providing the group is unified and can stand together.
If you seek contradictions, the recent pages are full of it. My outlook is cautiously optimistic for the (combined) Atlas pilots following a determined effort and standing their ground.
You obviously don't have much stock in what the (combined) Atlas pilots are trying to accomplish, much to the success of managements divisive tactics. If you do, perhaps look at what can be achieved by striving for a unified goal and look long and deep at what could be a positive outcome, seen from the pilot's perspective.
At no point is it implied that the company is screwed but the sky isn't falling. Don't put words in my mouth.
Well, I'd like to see our guys stop hoeing themselves out and flying 25 days a month. Then I'd have a rosier perspective.
