Have a buddy over at PDT and all he does is complain about schedules. He is never home, he says scheduling department doesn't care about there pilots at all and he complains and is looking else where to work. these things are mostly true
there are a few good schedulers that do "care" at least as much as they can given the situation
but new or inexperienced ones don't, nor do the mgmt types in charge of scheduling(schedules) including the head of the company
in general i'd say the group is 'cautiously optimistic, but guarded' at least as much as cornered dogs can be(think powder keg)
