The new contract WILL be better. It will not be any moving ALL the pilots at Atlas/Southern to the Southern contract, as some pilots have suggested. If something even close to this happened, there would be SO MANY pilots leaving, and SO FEW new hires, that the company would be forced to change it's tune in short order.

BUT, incrementally better, or REALLY better???

That is the multi-million dollar question.
