How soon does someone get passes and passes for their family(spouse, parents)?

Do envoy pilots and their families(spouse, parents) get AA mainline passes (travel overseas on AA), do they get passes on other airlines like jetblue, virgin, etc.

How much time off can you get in a year? would someone be able to go for a vacation of 2-3 weeks?

What about psa, and piedemont? are most regionals similar in terms of vacation deals?
