Sorry NightIP, but that is literally conjecture. I am not arguing that they may very well try this, but until you have heard someone from management say they want us to take paycuts, you really don't know what they are going to do. That's not to say there isn't a good likelihood, but you can't make blanket statements based on pure speculation like that and expect people to take your post seriously.

And before you roast new hires for coming here and causing you inconveniences in your career, don't forget that you were a newhire once too....
