Well I didn't ask for commentary on the merits of the SRM list, but if you must know, I have never worked extra for SRM, a couple of times I have started a day early and traded a 4 day for a 3 day and been paid for both. I don't have any desire to work more, but if the company wants to, and the contract allows, then I will work the same or less for more money.

I never commented on the "merits". I did not comment one way or the other. It is legal, is in the contract, wh0re it out all you can then. there is no furlough. Again, not my thing but have at it. Call scheduling to be added to the list. No harm....No foul.
