The company can "want" anything. Anything less than a status qou contract has huge implications in the entire operation. I highly doubt given the current climate of our proffession Mgmt would play a game of Russian Roulette.

I've personally seen when pilots band together. The operation grinds to a slow halt, performance suffers, stock prices sink, and share holders get ****ed.

Take a look back most recently with the AA pilots and the deplorable ontime perfomance. http://www.cnn.com/2012/11/09/travel/airlines-on-time-performance/

If mgmt wants to play games- let them, it's what they are good at. Band together and be strong. Every group goes through it the Atlas Group is no different, your not special. Stand up and fight.
