Many of these management positions are available in CLE, which could be a great drive to work. It looks better on your resume than jet time.
When you transition to United through the CPP or get hired directly, the junior base is EWR. It wouldn't be a far commute from CLE. Unfortunately, CLE is a senior base for United.
I used to work for C5 as a FA right as the Dash program came on board. They did me dirty (not terminated) and I have no desire to go back. I have some aviation leadership experience in my current position and way to much turboprop time. It doesn't help my resume enough IMHO.
