I personally know an Endeavor FO who W2'd over 70k last year, and something similar has been mentioned in this thread about Endeavor FOs making more than Mesa Captains. I'm sure it's a great group of people, your performance numbers show that you all do a good job, and I hope you guys get raises commensurate with what you're really worth but to say the pay was ever "on par" simply sounds like a poor and disingenuous attempt at validating your own personal choice.
In 2014, year 2 FO pay at most other regionals was not close to $29/ hr. In 2016, it's less than other regional airlines first year pay. Hopefully, that all changes for you guys soon.
