This whole working for 30% less than our peers in an only base option where the cost of living is 30% more than most of the CONUS has GOT TO GO!

And to add to it, I could not consciously vote for something that undermined the work of pilots at other unions. Heard from someone that ALPA is watching our negotiations with interest because there is a fear we may undermine the big 3. I hope not
