"Furthest thing from stagnant" is a bit of a stretch, IMO. It all depends on which base you're talking about. I'm ATL 73N B and have been at about 80% since November and am forecast to be in the same spot this coming August. All the guys hired before me in 2014 seem to be bailing off the 88 and 717 onto the 737 and ER. In my case, the 73N is, in fact, a stagnant category. I'm still able to hold a decent line and I can sit LC reserve at home if I ever wanted to bid reserve so life's still pretty good.
