He's actually extremely disliked because of how he networks and brown noses to get to where he is. Humble is far from the correct adjective to use. But that's what it seems must be done these days if you're okay with selling your soul. Now you have to go to job fairs and spend a good amount of money to shake someone's hand. And you aren't even guaranteed an interview. Ask your friends in other fields how they'd feel spending $500 to talk to someone that may still not interview you...
