Worst case scenario, in initial training, someone can only get a 200 spot out of DTW, how long until they can switch to a NYC base (and presumably on to the 900)?
All bases, all seats are being awarded in training right now. If you do not get your preferred seat in class, 99% chance you can get it in the next vacancy, which generally run every 2 months. That means you will be able to get your preferred base right after you finish OE.
