Its interesting that DL is cautiously looking at a flight or two (based on articles I've read so far) while every other airline is going ballistic lusting after as many routes to as many cities in Cuba as humanly possible like its the new frontier of self printing money. Kind of like how every "LCC" looks at Hawaii as the land of milk and honey. In any case it seems like DL could harness any "first mover" advantage due to the massive "right size" equipment "armada" that no other airline has.
