Yeah but instead it is replaced by an increase in the first year pay equivalent to the amount of the bonus - except now you get it on critical pay, etc as well, and the company can't just get rid of it when they don't need to hire. So it's a gain.
CPZ is still hiring, but go over your app with a fine toothed comb and make sure there are no errors, gaps in employment, that your hours are listed correctly etc... at this point we will be hiring for awhile just to stay ahead of attrition.
