He threw you under the bus and because if it you have to work more make less and if your no happy leave. Build you want to stay make the difference and vote , go to meetings and voice your comment to people that make the difference. I as at the LAS LEC Meeting and I told James what a poor job he did and how people have no faith in the leadership. I did no see you guys there to voice this concern. So as long as you complain and not say anything to anyone sitting on free standby then you are the problem.
