Both CRJ and EJET have good training departments. CRJ is all in-house. EJET is mostly in-house. The only contract stuff is some of our sim training is being done in STL by FlightSafety because we get free training from them for the 18 new aircraft we are buying. Having said that, the FSI instructors are good and are closely supervised by the in-house training department. Neither aircraft has AQP for initial or upgrade, but both have AQP for recurrent.
