so what about SIBA?..people get inversed all the time!...if it was for 3 months it would suck..but 1 month is not so bad in the grand scheme of things...this has become a very important topic for our future and i am evaluating my vote on other issues in the LOA not if a junior guy gets inversed for 1 month...seniority rules!..we have all been junior before...i don't want to lose sight of the long term...international flying will be the largest sector of out operation in the future..i know pilots can run this airline better then Fred..but he has done a pretty good job so far...but STV is not a player in my decision since the side letter...just good discussion!
