Hiring from other carriers already living in domicile? Scare tactic anyone?

I keep hearing the alternative (no vote) is worse and we should vote yes. Well, did you ever stop to think of this: if this LOA does not pass, it's gotta be bad for the company! I mean, why would they offer an LOA if the alternative WASN'T worse? I'm sure all the beans were counted out, and this LOA was more economical for the company. Sure, it may throw the pilot group a bone but, it's gotta be more beneficial to the company. They wouldn't have offered us ANYTHING of it doesn't benefit them in some way, shape or form. Vote it down and I bet it hurts them more than it hurts us. Do the math, "If this doesn't pass, the pilot group is screwed...look at all these bad things that MAY happen." Well, the same has got to hold true for them...or they wouldn't have offered an LOA.
